WINSLOW ARCHITECTS has developed a further emphasis on affordable housing with a particular focus on "disguising density" through contextual design. Typical clients include private developers, not-for-profit organizations, municipal governments, and private home owners.

| WINSLOW ARCHITECTS opened an office in New York City in 2001 to broaden the scope of its work to include building renovations/ preservation work and commercial properties. Currently, the firm is renovating buildings in the cities of Cambridge, Worcester, Lowell and Newton. |
