| Winslow Architects felt that the most appropriate solution was to design townhouse buildings that combined 5-6 units within a framework that appeared to be a large single family
house. Devices such as gable roof lines, dormers, and skirt roofs
were used to create a more residential single family scale.
Particular attention was paid to the end units to resolve the larger massing of the entire building, again creating a residential scale and feeling.
