Winslow Architects was a member of the development team that won the Competition for this project. Success in large part was due to our architectural concept of designing small single family and duplex houses - rather than designing a more conventional townhouse solution.
The duplexes were designed to appear as if they were larger single family houses that had been subdivided over time.
