	We drew on our extensive experience with the renovation of and addition to older houses to arrive at the design solution for this 4,000 SF house -- combining free-flowing interior spaces with such formal exterior features as hip gables/dormers, shingle siding with trim boards, bays, tall windows and high ceilings, columned wrap around porches and detailed chimney masonry.
