	To create a large house with a small appearance, we located the garage and enclosed breezeway at the side of the Cape maintaining the one-story scale at the street - and located the new portion of the house entirely at the rear, unseen from the street. The expanded house included a new kitchen, family room, office, master bedroom suite, garage, screen porch and deck.
