Huntington Avenue Apartments

	"Restore and convert a four story vacant historic building from its previous use as medical offices into 37 units of affordable rental housing and two storefront commercial spaces."
	This property consisted of two buildings with different geometries and different floor elevations. The design solution combined these disconnected elements into one facility by creating a common entry lobby, adding an elevator between the two buildings, and completely reworking the building's interior while preserving its essential historic features.
