WAI Begins Intern Program
We are thrilled to have our first intern with us – Geetha Shrethra from Nepal (via Germany). Geetha has worked on all of our current projects and provides us with extra CAD and Revit capabilities. She is an amazingly quick learner and has been a vital part of our production team this year.

WAI New Home Office
After 25 years of paying rent in Harvard Square, WAI purchased its own building in 2008 at 89 Mass Avenue in the Capital Square area of Arlington. Keeping to its preference for office space within a residential structure, our offices are on the first floor of a Victorian style house with a shared kitchen and offices on the second and third floor rented to psychotherapists – just in case we are driven nuts by our heavy workload!

WAI New Projects
2010 has been a very busy year for Winslow Architects, with 5 projects under construction at the same time!
- Acre High School - Lowell 22 unit historic renovation
- Unity Place - Lowell 23 units new construction
- Parkview Homes – Newton 10 Units new construction
- Franklin Park Apartments - Boston 220 Unit scattered site renovation
- Waldo Court - Wellesley 12 unit modernization
New projects “on the boards” (we guess you now say “on the screens”) include a 36 unit project in Westford, Phase 2 of the renovation of 135 units in Mashpee and several single family custom homes.

WAI Welcomes Baby Abigail Bross!
Abigail Bross was born on Sept. 8, 2010. Zan, Sherri and baby Abigail all doing well. Super Zan doesn’t even look sleepy!
